What restaurants are worth going to during restaurant weeK?

We are two parents who eat at places like Applebee's and Souplation. (Hey that's are budget.) But I hear more and more about restaurant week. What will be a great deal for some will be a great splurge for us. Which ones are wonderful? We moved to SD a year and a half ago and live in PQ. I am a coupon clipping, penny watching Mom who could use a cool date night. Any suggestions?

I highly reccomend Paradise Grille in Del Mar. I ate there last year for restaurant week & had one of the best meals of my life. The tropical atmosphere and the fire pits give it a nice romantic feel.
