My husband and I are going to be in La Jolla (not the UTC area) on Saturday night (8/23) to celebrate our anniversary. Does anyone know anything fun going on that evening? I'm not looking for the usual bar scene and we've been to the Comedy Store dozens of times.
Any suggestions would be terrific!

Take a moonlit walk on the beach at the shores or visit the art galleries downtown.
Don't forget dinner at Georges.

You can go to the children's pool! It's not really a pool for children because i've been there myself before moving back home on the east coast. It's really cool... There is a wall that is built out in the actual ocean that you can walk along and literally be standing on this wall that is in the ocean and the ocean is all around you. There are a bunch of seals and sea lions and a lot of baby pups as well. Bring a camera also to snap some good pictures. The sunset there can be gorgeous. Here is a website as well that you may check out and get more information.. www.lajolla.com
It will probably have the children's pool as an activity or something as well. Hope this can be of some help.
