There are plenty of passions to pursue in San Diego and this hotelbye is the area to begin finds what San Diego must offer. In the San Diego vacation you'll stage external of one's rut and you will investigate new activities while you're here and you may only find that exploring a brand new quest can be an experience in itself. One of the areas must see from San Diego is Balboa Park. That park has around a 1400 acre and here you can find traditional houses, numerous museums, gardens, and natural space. The park was created for the Panama California Exhibition of 1915-1916. The predominant architecture is Spanish-Mexican model, low stage buildings that merge with the natural surroundings. Among the highlights of the park are the Botanical Gardens and lily pond, the Museum of Man, the Museum of Natural History, the San Diego Museum of Art, and the popular San Diego Zoo. Even although you never enter a building the park is just a beautiful place.

I always suggest to people to try staying as close to the beach as possible, and be north of downtown. If you have children the best school district is San Diegeito. it encompasses Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach and Encinitas. Carlsbad and UTC/La Jolla both have good schools as well.

In your price range, you can get into some nice condos or townhomes in most of these areas. You could also get a small home in Carlsbad. There are some nice homes in Encinitas in the low 5s as well.

You do need to locate a job before moving down though. Not having to drive an hour to work will make your experience here much more enjoyable. Send me a message if you would like some more help. I can send you a property search over e-mail if you tell me what you are looking for.

The condo market would be the best bet. Homes are still expensive anywhere near the ocean. From $500K up.

Some condos downtown and in the beach communities

Pacific Beach, Mission Beach are in your range.
